  The service here is terrible. Firstly, the staff, who said he's the store manager, walked away from us while we are still talking to him. Secondly, he told us ONLY to talk to him again once we figure out which dog we were looking for.

  Well,just don't think they give appropriate veterinary care to those small animals they sell. Three months ago,I got two bunnies from they. One of them has congenial disease,I have to return the poor little guy. Recently I got a boy rabbit from they. Unfortunately,my vet told me that he is infected with coccidiosis and as it is contagious it probably already affects my old bunny. It's just also disappointing and unfair. As well as dogs and cats,rabbits need vet care! OMG

  We did apologize for asking him to open the glass cages twice to show us the puppies (as they were in their cages) but seriously, how are the customers suppose to know which dog they want if they can't see them? Plus, we were seriously considering to buy the puppy that we saw two days ago, which is why we returned again today to obtain more information. Unfortunately, this store manager just destroyed our intention of offering the puppy a new home. Either way, I don't think any customers deserve services like this. His poor service, perhaps, was because we interrupted him while he was 'sitting at the counter using his mobile phone'. I definitely would not return to this store again. However, I really do hope that the manager will eventual realise that what brings customers to a pet store is not only the animals, but the services that the staffs provide.
