  It bad experience with that treat me with no respect. My friend with I share with him is very sick can't claim the stair which we leave in level 2 but he get the form to fill it and when I try to take it to Blacktown Office wouldn't accept it and she gave really a hard time so the form need to be submitted urgently because of his medical condition. It's very poor customer service with no help also her identity was turn the other way so no body knows what her name and title. I am very scared to go the actual Office to put the application form to be process so we could move to another property. I appreciate if someone advise me what the best day and what's the name of person. He is been a good tenant.

  Very helpful, Ali and Miriam were especially helpful and they helped me get a place to live in just a week or so, and until I did they helped me with a motel room at Burwwod BnB. Top team, Great people. 5 stars! The trick is to be polite and honest, and don't stuff them around!

  Leave you in mould yet are just waiting for me to die they promise to do things they just push you from pillar to post. I haven't been able to wash myself let alone any clothes as I can't access the laundry all because of the shoddy workmanship they get make sure you video any repairs as they put silicon in windows instead of putty so that the worker can get more done and your left to pay for his mistakes because he said I told them I did it. They refused to do a thing but send bill after bill for 5 yrs
