  Not great, not bad. Tried calling them just to ask about stock and waited for over 5 minutes before I gave up. Not bad selection of items, music is unique and I'd say interesting, but place is very hot in summer, I have a feeling they don't use the aircons? The staff are a bit prickly, I'd rather not ask questions if I didn't have to. Overall I'd call it an eh.

  Never have enough people on cash registers. On a busy Thursday evening we were a queue of 20 being served by 3 cashiers.

  Apple/Android Pay supported here. Amex contactless accepted too as well as EFTPOS tap and pay. They should have self-service checkouts though. Free wifi here for an hour.

  I recently visited Target Burwood to buy a Play Station 4. I called beforehand to confirm it was in stock. I spoke on the phone to an extremely polite and well mannered man named Chris from the electronics department. I was lucky enough to be served by this same lovely human when I entered the store and what a unique customer experience it was. He already had the console ready for me and I had mentioned a game I was interested in which was also prepared. Everything was ready to go and I was in and out of the shop within 10 minutes thanks to Chris' initiative and efficiency. I was delighted but upset our interaction didn't last longer.
