    I'm usually a Myer customer but it was so refreshing to have great customer service. Got a bargain as well. Will happily go back.

    Ordered online just to be informed the following day that there's no stock. And having to go through the refund process. Very unreliable website stock levels and poor customer service. Never again.

    I'm surprised at all the comments about service because I thought the service was excellent. So courteous and helpful, one staff member walked me over from one department to the other to get help.

    Most awful customer service I have ever experienced both on the phone and in person. After my ordeal, I will shop either at the CBD or Castle Hill outlet although I live in Croydon Park.
