    Bought a package of 6 facials for $360and also wanted an eyelash tint but have now have Ended up with an eye infection after an eyelash tint gone wrong.I was disappointed when the manager said it wasn't that bad just after The optometrist was concerned with my red ,infected eye that she had to check that my vision wasn't impaired . I didn't want to continue with the other facials ,why risk another infection and it was the worst facial I'd ever had. Too polite to say anything on the day and that was before an infection of my eye. The offer of a refund was appreciated but quickly soured when I was charged $120 instead of $60 which would have been what I was charged per facial for a prepaid package . Very poor customer service.
